Altane Villa covers 160 sq. m. , spreads in two levels and can accommodate up to 10 guests in its 4bedrooms.

The whole villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, as following:
1st bedroom: Queen size (1,60×2,00m) bed (for 2 guests)
2nd bedroom: Queen size (1,60×2,00m) bed (for 2 guests)
3rd bedroom: Queen size (1,60×2,00m) bed (for 2 guests)
4th bedroom: Single beds (0,90×2,00m), which could also be merged and form a king size one using a double top mattress if needed (for 2 guests)
Living room (ground floor): 2 single folding guest beds
Indoor Layout:
First Floor
Entering the villa on the first floor there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a LED TV with Netflix, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances, featuring modern appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave oven, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease.
There is also one bedroom with a queen bed (1,60 X 2,00) and a bathroom on this floor.
Second Floor
Reaching the second floor through a staircase guests can find three more bedrooms: one ensuite with a queen size bed (1,60 X 2,00) and two more, one with a queen size bed and another one with 2 single beds (which coould also be merged and form a king size one using a double top mattress if needed).
Another bathroom is also found on this floor (two bathrooms in total on the first floor).
All the areas of the villa are fully air-conditioned.
Outdoor area:
The villa boasts a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, creating the perfect spot to relax and soak up the Greek sunshine. The outdoor seating area next to the pool is perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding with a cool drink.
The whole outdoor area is fully fenced.
